Why StackSwitchHub exists
Switching business software is expensive. Not just the subscription, but the hours spent moving data, rebuilding workflows and fixing what breaks. Yet most comparison content online is either a features list copied from vendor sites or a ranking that never explains how it was decided.
StackSwitchHub was started to do one thing well: help small businesses, creators and marketing teams understand the real trade-offs between two tools before they switch, including what they will pay as they grow and what the move itself involves.
What we cover
We publish head-to-head comparisons in categories where pricing is easy to misread and switching is costly: email marketing and automation, CRM and sales tools, business VPNs and security, and managed hosting. Every guide includes pricing at different sizes, the features that genuinely differ, who should not switch, and a step-by-step migration plan.
How we stay honest
- We check pricing and plan limits against each vendor’s own pages and date every guide.
- We don’t publish invented test scores, inbox-placement percentages or ratings we can’t support.
- We always say when another tool may be the better fit, even when we earn nothing from it.
- We disclose affiliate relationships on every page. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
Who writes our guides
Guides are researched and written by the StackSwitchHub Editorial Team, a small group with hands-on experience in digital marketing, email campaigns and running online businesses. You can read exactly how each comparison is put together on our How We Review page.
